How we keep the apartment good for everyone
Short, plain rules - all of them set by the owner.

- Children below 10 stay free of accommodation charge
- Smoking
- No smoking anywhere inside the apartment
- Parties and events
- Not permitted
- Identification
- A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in
- Quiet hours
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
Child policy
Children below 10 stay free of accommodation charge. They are still counted toward the maximum occupancy of 6 guests, so please include them when you book.
