The terms of your booking

   The booking

   A booking is for the entire 2 BHK apartment at West Nada, Guruvayur, Kerala 680101. It is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified. Until then the dates are held for 10 minutes and may be released.

2. 02

   Guests and occupancy

   The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Children below 10 stay free of accommodation charge but are counted toward that limit. Only the guests declared on the booking may stay.

3. 03

   Rates and charges

   Rates vary by date and are shown in full - including fees and taxes - before payment. The amount payable is the total calculated by us at the time of booking. We do not add charges after payment.

4. 04

   Identification

   A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in, as required for accommodation in India.

5. 05

   Cancellations

   Cancellations, refunds and date changes are governed by the cancellation policy in force at the time of booking.

6. 06

   House rules

   Guests agree to the house rules published on this site, including check-in and check-out times, the no-smoking rule and the restriction on parties and events.

7. 07

   Liability

   Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay. We are not liable for personal belongings left in the apartment, or for changes to temple timings, attraction hours or travel conditions.

8. 08

   Payments

   Payments are processed by Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees. A payment reference is issued for every successful transaction.
