To take a booking we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the number of adults and children in your party, the ages of children (so the child policy can be applied), and any special request you send us. Payment card details are never collected or stored by us - they are handled entirely by our payment provider.
We use your details only to confirm and manage your stay: to hold your dates, send your confirmation, contact you about your arrival, and keep the legally required record of guests.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. The payment amount is calculated on our server and verified against the payment provider before a booking is confirmed. We receive only a payment reference and status, never your full card details.
Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting and statutory purposes. Enquiry messages are deleted once they are resolved and no longer needed.
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the payment provider and the email service that delivers your confirmation, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Write to stay@aagrahamstay.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
This site uses only what is needed to keep a booking session working and to secure the owner login. We do not run advertising trackers.
