• Account & Verification Data: One-Time Password (OTP) login records or Google OAuth profile identifiers (name and email) if you access your customer portal.
• Transactional Records: Razorpay order IDs, payment status references, amount paid, and refund transaction references.
• Communications: Messages and inquiries sent through our website contact form or customer support channels.

Your information is used strictly for legitimate hospitality, customer service, and regulatory purposes:

We retain booking and transactional records for the duration mandated by Indian accounting, taxation, and hospitality record-keeping laws.

Temporary hold data and expired login session tokens are automatically purged on a recurring schedule once they are no longer required for verification.
